Successfully obtained a $966,000 verdict plus approximately $150,000 of attorney fees in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Court, and successfully won the appeals in the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, representing a developer against a mortgagee in possession who chilled an option to purchase a property in Old City Philadelphia.


Successfully obtained a $187,396.80 jury verdict and delay damage award in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, PA for a young couple who purchased a house in Havertown with hidden water infiltration from a local flipper, in addition to the settlement of a claim against the realtor who represented them.


Successfully obtained a $619,853.45 verdict and attorney fee/cost award in New Jersey Federal Court on behalf of a commercial landlord against a commercial tenant which abandoned a warehouse in Irvington, NJ.


Successfully obtained a $150,000 verdict in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Court for an investor who bought a Section 8 apartment house in West Philadelphia where the seller misrepresented the program relating to the property.


Successfully settled a large claim during 2 days of Mediation for a property owner against an adjacent property owner and numerous contractors who allegedly caused his property to collapse during construction of an adjacent multi-family property.


Successfully settled a claim immediately prior to trial in the Superior Court of NJ, Essex County, Chancery Division for a real estate developer requesting specific performance who alleged that the seller of an industrial property failed to disclose material environmental issues.


Represented a client in connection with the acquisition and financing of a 307-unit multifamily apartment complex, including a $65 million senior construction loan and a $17 million mezzanine loan component.


Represented a client in connection with a $33.5 million construction loan for a development project in Orange, New Jersey.


Represented various local banks, private lenders, and a credit union documenting acquisition, refinancing, and construction loans and modifications ranging from $250,000 to $18,000,000
